Careers in Nonprofits

This page concerns positions available through our Bridgestar job board initiative. To learn about job openings at the Bridgespan Group, please see our  Careers at Bridgespan  page.

Looking out over the next decade and beyond, nonprofits will face a significant shortage of leaders. The potential impact this shortage will have on the important work that organizations do cannot be underestimated.

Connecting talented men and women to executive and management roles in mission-based organizations is a core activity of the Bridgestar initiative. Established in 2003, the Bridgestar community includes more than 40,000 men and women who are contributing their skills and talents to help address society’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.

We offer nonprofit senior leaders paths to professional growth through postings on the Bridgestar job board; content and tools related to talent and recruiting issues; connections with peers; and the ability to expand and extend professional networks.

Career changers and others interested in the sector can benefit from access to newsletters, articles, research and job postings; an online introduction service that connects skilled individuals to organizations seeking board members; and gatherings specifically for those “bridging” into the sector from the for-profit world.
