Group Consulting: Increasing Organizational Effectiveness

Bridgespan offers a consulting service which engages a group of nonprofit leadership teams to identify their organizational strengths and weaknesses, and to develop action plans to increase their effectiveness.

Philanthropy Advising

Bridgespan’s engagements with philanthropy focus on results. We cultivate relationships with individuals and foundations with big ideas for making the world a better place, who seek roadmaps for enabling and accelerating social change. We seek opportunities to help them maximize the impact of their resources.

Leadership Program: Leading for Impact

Bridgespan's leadership program, Leading for Impact, brings together executive directors/CEOs and their senior team members in a six-month-long program to build capabilities across the critical dimensions of highly effective nonprofit leaders and their teams. This is an opportunity to explore content and tools used by Bridgespan in our work advising nonprofit clients, to apply those tools in meeting organizational priorities, and to do so in partnership with a select group of nonprofit leaders.

Networking Groups

Join one of several online networking communities hosted by Bridgespan to exchange ideas, best practices, and network with peers in the nonprofit sector.
