Before joining Bridgespan, Gail spent four years as a consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked extensively with consumer product and healthcare clients on their key strategic issues. She was also one of the early members of the firm’s private equity group.
Gail received a BA in Mathematics and Physics from Bowdoin College summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
