Lisa Schorr Kaplan
Director of Impact Assessment, Boston

Lisa Schorr Kaplan joined Bridgespan in 2006 as Bridgestar's associate director of knowledge and evaluation and became director of impact assessment in 2008. She is responsible for Bridgespan's efforts to capture information about the impact of its work and to learn from this information.

Prior to Bridgespan, Lisa worked in the nonprofit sector in Boston for more than 15 years, most recently as executive director of Project HEALTH, a multi-site organization that works to break the link between poverty and poor pediatric health. Her professional experience also includes freelance strategy consulting and management positions at Pine Street Inn and City Year.

Lisa is a member of the board of directors of STRIVE/Boston Employment Service and is an active volunteer, rower, and former board member of Community Rowing. She serves as co-chair of the Harvard Business School Social Enterprise Alumni Association, which works to help HBS alumni more fully engage in and strengthen the social sector, both personally and professionally, at all stages of life.

She received her BA from Harvard College (Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
