Brock Veidenheimer joined Bridgespan in 2008 to lead the firm’s human resources programs. He joined Bridgespan from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led the firm’s HR Shared Services organization. Brock has held HR and general management roles at a number of companies, including United Airlines, and began his career in consulting with Braxton Associates in Boston.
Brock has been actively involved in the COMPASS organization, a network of MBA graduates who provide volunteer consulting services to nonprofit organizations in the Washington, DC area, and also served on the board of a non-profit organization focused on employee-ownership issues.
He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS from Trinity College in Connecticut. He is a dual citizen of the US and Great Britain.
