Bridgestar, an initiative of the Bridgespan Group, seeks to be a resource for enhancing the flow of capable executives into and within the nonprofit sector. We are dedicated to attracting, developing, and connecting talented leaders — both accomplished and aspiring — from the for-profit and nonprofit worlds.
To accomplish our mission, Bridgestar provides constituents with a variety of services, including: recruitment consulting and search services; access to our knowledge base through research reports, speeches, panels, special events, and the Leadership Matters newsletter; and opportunities to share ideas and insights with their peers.
