National newspaper of the nonprofit world. Subscribers to the Chronicle’s website can search more than five years of back issues. For an additional fee, users can search the Guide to Grants, an electronic database of all foundation and corporate grants listed in the Chronicle since 1995. The site also contains a wealth of free materials, including Internet resources, job opportunities updated every two weeks as well as forthcoming conferences, workshops, and deadlines for grants and awards.

Database developed by Philanthropic Research, offering descriptive and financial data on more than one million nonprofit organizations, drawn primarily from the organizations' informational tax returns filed with the Internal Revenue Service. The information includes a breakdown of each nonprofit’s assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenditures, including administrative and fundraising costs. The site also includes profiles of nonprofit organizations and links to articles about philanthropy and nonprofit management.
