Themes
Whether we are collaborating with Bridgespan consulting clients, or connecting senior leaders through Bridgestar activities, our over-arching goal is the same: helping nonprofits and foundations increase their social impact.

In pursuing this goal, we see certain strategic questions and organizational challenges recur. How can nonprofits and foundations develop the clarity to make good strategic decisions? How can a nonprofit that is achieving excellent results in one location expand and replicate those results in another location? What are the characteristics of an effective nonprofit leader?

In this section, these and other recurrent themes will serve as the organizing principle for presenting content created by Bridgespan and Bridgestar authors. We hope that this arrangement will help users interested in a particular topic to locate all of our relevant material as quickly and easily as possible.

"Any progress in knowledge, any worthwhile achievement, depends on our attempts to transcend one particular viewpoint and develop an expanded consciousness that takes in the world more fully."
