Avoid hubris: Roger Hertog tells philanthropists “don’t take yourself too seriously”
Roger Hertog faults our philanthropic system for encouraging donors to feel important because they have “a couple of bucks.” Advising donors to resist hubris, he says “Have some awareness of who you really are…and don't take yourself that seriously.”
