Education reform: Eli Broad decides to focus his philanthropy on what he sees as “the biggest problem”
Having spent time abroad, Eli Broad was able to compare the US education system with those of other nations. He realized that if we didn’t reform our education system, “our standard of living would go down and our economy would be at risk.”
