Sign Up for Our New Creating an Adaptive Plan Program (Rolling Admission until full or February 26)

For nonprofit leaders, the future can always seem uncertain. Even if you are clear on the impact you want to have, how can you navigate the challenges that might stand in your way? Creating an Adaptive Plan is our online program designed to help your nonprofit team chart a course forward, even when you’re unclear on your path and uncertain about the future.

The course will help your team get clear on the most critical priorities and actions for your organization’s success. You’ll also build plans that will help you act, react, and continually incorporate the things you learn in order to mitigate strategic risk.

This program is part of our Leadership Accelerator series of online programs for nonprofit executive teams. Creating an Adaptive Plan starts March 31, 2021, and runs through June 2021.

Spots are limited, please schedule a call with our team if you’re interested in participating in our Spring cohort!
