The Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in data management; the ability to produce customized reports, export data and perform budget portfolio analysis; great customer-service skills and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment. As grants manager, you will:

  • manage the Foundation’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM grant database;
  • assist in developing policies and procedures for ensuring the integrity of the grant database;
  • lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies;
  • assist in document quality control;
  • provide specialized data management support;
  • assist in responding to staff regarding grant policies and performance; and
  • supervise grants associates and provide coaching and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in database management, preferably in a grant-making institution or nonprofit; the ability to review and create qualitative, narrative and financial reports. The individual must have strong technical skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365, and experience using and supporting online databases, portals and grant management software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce or customized database systems and internet applications. A strong commitment to, and appreciation for, racial and ethnic equity and inclusion is a must.

Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in database management, ideally in a grant-making institution or nonprofit (equivalent experience will be considered); Proven problem-solving abilities, project management, conceptual and analytical skills and attention to detail.
