The Board of Directors of CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions has retained Alder Bowman, Inc. to conduct a search for a President and Chief Executive Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-impact, nonprofit organization on a continued path of growth and operational excellence.
CICOA is Indiana’s largest Agency on Aging serving central Indiana with 320-employees and a budget of $29 million. Headquartered in Indianapolis, the organization provides education, services, and support to older adults, the disabled, and caregivers to achieve the greatest possible independence, dignity, and quality of life.
The President reports to the Board of Directors and leads an executive team including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, VP Human Resources and VP Development. This position leads the organization in a manner that aligns organizational mission, vision and values with strategic imperatives, operational excellence and quality.
Additionally, the President will achieve high levels of client satisfaction, employee retention, efficiency, and financial performance. Functionally, this role actively engages internal and external leaders to develop and implement strategies that deliver high-value services including collaborative relationships, excellent communication and positive community relations.
The President will lead the organization to meet evolving community and organizational needs through Innovation, efficiency, new revenue sources, and capacity building.
