Auberle's Family Healing Center is a long-term residential Drug & Alcohol treatment program that serves families involved with Allegheny County Children, Youth and Families who have at least one parent/caregiver struggling with addiction and at risk of having a child removed from their care. This program is unique in the sense that we treat the entire family unit including the identified parent, up to 4 children, and a potential partner/significant other on-site through a variety of services provided by our staff.
We are seeking a creative, dynamic and compassionate individual to fill an immediate need Clinical Supervisor. This position will directly supervise staff including but not limited to the Addictions Counselor, Child & Youth Development Specialists and Family Support Specialists. This position also includes direct service support as necessary. Preference will be given to individuals with a Master's degree in Chemical Dependency, Social Work, Counseling, or other related field and 2+ years of experience preferably in a drug and alcohol setting working with adults, children and families; however, individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable. Preference will also be given to individuals with certification or experience specified to the supervisory role as well as individuals with lived experience.
