Job Description:

Auberle's Family Healing Center is a long-term residential Drug & Alcohol treatment program that serves families involved with Allegheny County Children, Youth and Families who have at least one parent/caregiver struggling with addiction and at risk of having a child removed from their care.  This program is unique in the sense that we treat the entire family unit including the identified parent, up to 4 children, and a potential partner/significant other on-site through a variety services by our staff.



Qualifications:

We are seeking a creative, dynamic and compassionate individual to fill an immediate need for Program Manager.  This position will directly supervise staff including but not limited to the Certified Recovery Specialists, Night Monitors and Case Aides.  This position also includes direct service support as necessary.  Preference will be given to individuals with a Master's Degree in Social Work or other related field and 2+ years of relevant management experience; however, individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, a CAC, and 2-4+ years of relevant management experience is also acceptable.  Preference will also be given to individuals with experience directly in residential facility management, staff supervision, or equivalent combination of training and experience related to D&A residential Programs as well as individuals with lived experience.
