Job Description:

Why Promise

Promise Venture Studio aims to address one of the greatest social issues facing our country — the equity gap that starts long before children enter Kindergarten. Although the greatest period of brain plasticity occurs by age five, 1 in 2 five year olds from low income families are not ready for kindergarten. Incremental improvements are not enough. We believe new entrepreneurial social ventures can be a catalyst to dramatically improve early childhood outcomes for millions of children. The field is poised for breakthroughs with science-based innovations, new technologies and distribution channels to help millions of children around the country reach kindergarten readiness.
