Job Description:

The Director of Partnerships and Programs for ICONIQ Impact will join the growing ICONIQ Impact team and lead partner management, operations, and the building of collaborative philanthropic initiatives for ICONIQ clients. This is an exciting time to join a new division at ICONIQ Capital with the aim of unlocking $1billion in philanthropic capital by 2030 and building an innovative platform to scale giving for social change. We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent communication and diplomacy skills who has enthusiasm for scaling a growing business unit, a commitment to advancing social progress and wants be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. This position will report to the VP of ICONIQ Impact and is based in New York.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Manage existing non-profit and foundation partners and collaborative initiatives
• Drive curation of philanthropic portfolios across client areas of interest
• Drive the building of new donor collaboratives among the ICONIQ client-base • Design ICONIQ Impact vetting system for philanthropic deal-flow
• Scale pipeline of strategic partners across sectors
• Manage and drive operations for ICONIQ Impact
• Scale sector expertise and relationships with experts for ICONIQ through regular partner meetings and intelligence gathering, including around impact investing
• Support curation of regular Impact events for clients and partners
• Support development of Impact platform with potential commercial aspects
• Client philanthropy advisory support
• Develop tracking & monitoring and evaluation tools for ICONIQ Impact
• Support on strategic planning for ICONIQ Impact
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and issue experts
• Drive high client satisfaction through excellent service, prompt follow-up on client issues and proactive problem solving
• Be an engaged culture carrier for ICONIQ Impact and play a leadership role in building the ICONIQ
Impact brand
• Promote and ensure respect for client privacy and confidentiality in all matters

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience (management consultancy, social
enterprise, non-profit or foundation expertise, experience working with high net worth families
preferred)
• MBA and experience in the non-profit sector preferred but not required
• Proven expertise at managing partners across sectors and geographies
• Strong operations and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for scaling a new business unit and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven thoughtful and dynamic leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively to exceed clients’ expectations
• Ability to work with HNWI and build trust quickly
• Experience in business development a plus
