Niloufer Memon is a manager in Bridgespan’s Mumbai office. Since joining Bridgespan, Niloufer has advised philanthropies and nonprofits operating in India and the United States across a number of issue areas, including education, healthcare and land rights. Her clients include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Omidyar Network, Landesa, Tata Steel CSR and National Geographic Society.
In addition to casework, Niloufer has contributed to Bridgespan’s knowledge efforts in philanthropy. She has co-authored "Bold Philanthropy in India: Insights from Eight Social Change Initiatives

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Niloufer worked at Dalberg Global Development Advisors where she was primarily focused on a multi-stakeholder engagement designed to accelerate digital payments in India for financial inclusion. She has also worked in for-profit consulting at Deloitte and KPMG where she advised clients operating in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space.
Niloufer holds a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from BITS-Pilani in India.
