Through our consulting projects, we assist nonprofits and NGOs seeking to implement processes to enhance the leadership skills of current staff. We also help organizations build strong executive teams and enhance team dynamics. And we advise foundations on how they can support talent development that flows into fields aligned with their interests. Our goal is to improve nonprofits’ performance so they can work more effectively with their program participants and other stakeholders.
Additionally, Bridgespan offers two leadership development programs for nonprofit organizations:
A unique 12-18-week program for nonprofit executive teams combining online lessons, individual pre-work, and guided Team Summits designed to help you nurture the talent you need to deliver on your strategic vision.
A two-year consulting program which helps executive teams of ambitious nonprofits pursue strategic opportunities and build capacity to improve their performance. Within this city-based program (currently in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington D.C.), teams work on customized projects and receive coaching support and training in strategic management concepts and tools.
We have collaborated with Bridgespan on numerous projects involving philanthropy, nonprofits, and leadership. They are an innovative, dynamic group that applies creative thinking to social sector problem solving. Recently, the Case Foundation teamed up with Bridgespan to help bring its Leading for Impact program to the D.C. Metro area to work with some 50 social sector organizations to enhance their performance.
