Rohit Menezes


Rohit Menezes is a partner in Bridgespan's San Francisco office. He has spent the last decade at Bridgespan working with clients on their thorniest challenges related to strategy, organization, and leadership. From 2015 to 2017, Rohit served as the founding partner and Office Head of Bridgespan’s office in Mumbai, India.
Rohit has co-authored several Bridgespan publications including, "Planning a Promise Neighborhood," "Four Pillars of Growth for Youth-Serving Nonprofits," "Next Generation Community Revitalization: A Work in Progress," "Why Indian Nonprofits Are Experts at Scaling Up," and "Giving Back to India."
Before Bridgespan, Rohit had experience as a management consultant (at The Boston Consulting Group); a telecommunications entrepreneur and executive; and a crisis communications advisor.
He has a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Williams College and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
