Through our Investing in Future Leaders module, you can transform how your organisation develops its emerging leaders.

In this program, Bridgespan will support your leadership team in developing a customized approach to talent development that will help develop your organization’s next generation of leaders.

This program is for organisations based in India, South Asia, South-East Asia, and Africa. If you are based elsewhere, please explore our Leadership Accelerator program.

Who Should Participate?

The Investing in Future Leaders program is meant for leadership teams of nonprofits and social enterprises. This program may be the right for your organisation if:

  • Your organization is growing, or you have completed a strategic plan and want the right talent to bring it to life
  • You want to ensure you’re centering equity in your talent development practices
  • You need to do succession planning for key senior leaders

What Else You Should Know

  • Applications: Our next Creating an Adaptive Plan cohort will start in May 2023, while Investing in Future Leaders will start in August 2023, and Achieving Strategic Clarity cohort will start in November 2023.
  • Applications for all cohorts are open on a rolling basis. Cohorts are typically finalized three weeks prior to the program start date.
  • Price: INR 8 lacs per nonprofit/social enterprise team for a team of four to six members, inclusive of tax (approximately INR 1.6 lacs per team member)
    • There are significant scholarships available for select organizations to aid participation. We are happy to discuss how your organization can take advantage of these.
