Webinar: Impact at Scale: Field Building Efforts in India
Are you a funder, NGO leader or a social sector actor passionate about achieving equitable social impact at scale in India?
Bridgespan’s research on successful collaborations between funders and NGOs has illuminated “field building” as a proven path to unlocking sustained and equitable impact at scale. Field building is the coordination of efforts across many actors—i.e., government, NGO, corporate, and community leaders—to bring about broad and meaningful change on specific issues, and field catalysts (also referred to as “systems orchestrators”) are integral in making this happen.
Watch The Bridgespan Group's 90-minute on-demand webinar designed to inspire greater understanding of, and participation in, field building initiatives in India by offering insights, strategies, and stories from those who are both funding and leading such efforts.
This webinar begins with an overview of Bridgespan’s research on field building and the crucial role of field catalysts, followed by two dynamic panels:
Panel #1: Gain valuable insights from leading funders about their strategies, challenges, and successes in fostering meaningful impact across various fields.
Featuring:
- Bikkrama Daulet Singh, The Convergence Foundation
- Aditya Natraj, Piramal Foundation
Panel #2: Learn from prominent field catalysts about their experiences, innovative approaches, and scaling initiatives to achieve durable impact.
Featuring:
- Shailja Mehta, Dasra
- Sanjay Purohit, Center for Exponential Change
- Srikanth Viswanathan, Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy
We hope attendees feel inspired, connected, and leave this session with new insights (on what works and does not!) for their own work.
