“How do you develop a culture?” Wallis Annenberg introduces rituals in her organization
Wallace Annenberg gives all new foundation hires a carabiner with their name on it to symbolize being part of something larger than themselves. This ritual and others, which everyone participates in, are an important part of their connection to each other.
