How and why many are turning to co-leadership

Tuesday, July 12, 2022
9 am – 10 am PT / 12 pm – 1 pm ET

Increasingly, nonprofits are considering leadership structures that diverge from the traditional single executive director hierarchy. And while co-leadership models are not new, many nonprofit leaders have questions about how it works.

During this webinar, we'll answer common questions about how co-leadership can be done well, share pitfalls to watch out for, and provide guidance on how to transition to this model.

We're excited to host leaders from the Participatory Budgeting Project (Co-Executive Directors: Kristina Banks, Shari Davis, and Kristania De Leon) and ProInspire (Co-CEOs: Bianca Casanova Anderson and Monisha Kapila) who have adopted a co-leadership approach.
