100% high school graduation rates in Harlem: Daniel Rose gets dramatic results, but few notice
After finding success running his after-school program at Public School 76, Daniel Rose decided to expand. So he founded the Harlem Educational Activities Fund, focused on inculcating a value system, rather than cramming to pass a test.
