Richard Atlas bridged a gap between public and private funders by establishing the L.A. Partnership for Early Childhood Investment
In meeting with L.A. County’s Department of Public Health, Richard Atlas discovered that many County workers had never met a private funder—even though County departments and private funders were supporting the same agencies. Atlas set out to change that.
