We are living in a time of rapid change and new opportunities. Organisations need a robust funding model not only to withstand these changes but also to thrive. A well-structured approach to funding is key to financial sustainability and long-term impact.
Bridgespan's Funding Models program supports leadership teams in designing a comprehensive funding strategy. Over four months, we will help you define clear funding goals, identify the right mix of funders, assess organisational readiness, and chart practical pathways for implementation.
Program Benefits for Nonprofits
