Alina Clarke
Senior Manager, New YorkAlina Clarke is a senior manager in Bridgespan's New York office. She advises nonprofits and philanthropic funders on translating ambitious ideas into scalable impact for communities. Since joining the firm in 2020, she has supported nonprofits on growth strategy, operating model redesign, and funding-model strategy. She has also partnered with funders to shape investment portfolios and giving strategies. Her work is driven by a commitment to advance community-driven solutions that improve health, strengthen environmental resilience, and expand pathways to building assets and wealth, beginning in childhood.
Prior to joining Bridgespan, Alina worked in corporate strategy in the healthcare sector where she focused on scaling access points for women's health, pediatric, and oncology services in rural communities.
She holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has nonprofit board experience with Verner Center for Early Learning.
