Alina Clarke

Manager, New York

Alina Clarke is a manager in Bridgespan's New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2020, she has supported philanthropic and nonprofit clients across a range of projects spanning funder strategy, sourcing and diligence, and strategic growth planning. She is particularly passionate about issues related to climate change, early childhood, and global health and development. Recently, Alina has co-authored  "Closing the Racial Wealth Gap: Philanthropy's Role in Driving Shared Prosperity" (Bridgespan.org, 2024).

Alina serves on the board of directors for the Verner Center for Early Learning, a nonprofit agency providing early education and care to 300+ children in western North Carolina.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Alina worked in corporate strategy in the healthcare sector, where she focused on scaling access to women's health, pediatric, and oncology services in rural communities.

She holds an M.S. in Public Health and a B.S. in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
