Chanda Jain

Chanda Jain is a manager in Bridgespan’s New York office and DC Hub. Since joining the organization in 2020, Chanda has worked with philanthropic organizations and non-profits across several domains, including grantmaking strategy and processes, organizational model design, and global equity issues. She co-authored “Reimagining Global Operating Models: Steps Multi-Country Organizations Are Taking to Advance Equity and Shift Power Locally” (Bridgespan.org, 2023).

Prior to Bridgespan, Chanda has worked as a public sector consultant advising government agencies and senior leaders on operational and strategic challenges such as economic development, digital transformation, and environmental sustainability. Chanda also has experience working with multilateral organizations, including UN agencies, on business development and strategic implementation planning for regional partnerships.

Chanda holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
