Chandni Noronha

Chandni is a partner in Bridgespan’s India office, based in New Delhi. She brings extensive experience in strategy consulting across both the impact and for-profit sectors and has worked with leading global foundations, domestic philanthropies, CSR organizations, and nonprofits across areas including health, gender, climate, livelihoods, and skilling.

At Bridgespan, Chandni supports clients in developing bold-bet strategies and embedding field-building approaches into their programs to drive systems-level impact. She has helped shape bold philanthropic initiatives and collaborative big bets and leads efforts to unlock high-net-worth and diaspora giving for bold philanthropy in India. She has led work on leveraging AI for social impact, including understanding its transformative effects and shaping inclusive, future-ready pathways. She has also developed gender strategies and advanced work at the intersection of climate, energy, and vulnerable children, and primary healthcare in underserved geographies, with a focus on inclusive and equitable outcomes.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Chandni worked independently in the impact and development sector, partnering with organizations including the Gates Foundation, Omidyar Network India, and CARE India. In these roles, she engaged with a diverse set of ecosystem actors including private enterprises, think tanks, government bodies, and civil society organizations, on issues including women's economic empowerment, property rights, digital society, healthcare, livelihoods, and education.

Before transitioning to the impact sector, Chandni spent over a decade in for-profit consulting, serving as strategy head at Discovery Communications India, and as a manager in Ernst & Young’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications (TMT) advisory practice. In these roles, she advised business leaders on growth strategy, operational improvement, project management, and digital transformation.

Chandni holds her MBA from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.
