Disraeli Smith

Senior Manager, New York

Disraeli Smith is a senior manager in Bridgespan’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2022, Disraeli has focused on working with organizations who drive economic mobility for marginalized people and communities, and sourcing and diligence organizations across various sectors. Disraeli's interests include workplace and economic development, racial equity, democracy, policy and advocacy, and assisting clients develop long-term strategies for impact.

Prior to Bridgespan, Disraeli worked in consulting with Accenture, where he focused on strategic projects, digital risk and compliance, and large-scale transformation for global financial institutions. He also worked at Fifth Third Bank, where he worked in corporate strategy with a focus on strategic initiatives in both the Retail and Commercial Bank.

Disraeli is a graduate of Florida A&M University (BS, MBA) and Georgetown University (MPP). He is also the National Vice President for Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Incorporated, one of the largest collegiate service organizations in the United States, and spends his personal time having fun with his wife and two children in Orlando, Florida.
