Harvest Eichling

Harvest Eichling joined Bridgespan in 2004. In her role as Senior Director of Systems and Process Improvement, Asia and Africa, Harvest is responsible for overseeing finances in Africa and Asia, including overseeing the annual budget and collaborating with and leading multi-year financial planning initiatives for Bridgespan’s expansion outside the U.S. Harvest leads the implementation and ongoing refinement of Bridgespan’s roadmap strategy to build out operational teams in Asia and Africa as well as the design and implementation of operational policies, objectives, and initiatives related to growth of operations outside the U.S. She helps develop major operational goals for Asia and Africa along with the leadership teams in Asia and Africa and manages the launch of all Bridgespan locations outside the U.S.

Harvest attended Tufts University where she received a BA in Spanish Literature and minor in Latin American studies.
