Indu Pereira

Manager, San Francisco

Indu Pereira is a manager in Bridgespan’s San Francisco office. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has worked with a range of nonprofit and philanthropy clients across issue areas such as democracy, advocacy, and reproductive justice, supporting organizations to develop effective, equitable strategies and scaling impact.

Indu’s work has included initiatives focused on civic engagement for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. Indu is also a co-author of the publication, "Using All the Tools in the Toolkit: Funding Advocacy for Social Change" (Bridgespan.org, 2024).

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Indu was a strategy analyst at Accenture.

Indu holds a BS in business administration and a BA in music from the University of California, Berkeley. She serves as a volunteer domestic violence counselor at the Asian Women’s Shelter in San Francisco.
