Izzy Jorgensen-Heiman

Izzy Jorgensen-Heiman is a manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2022, she has supported nonprofit and philanthropy clients across a range of issue areas, including mental health, economic mobility, and education, with much of her work focused on nonprofit strategy.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Izzy was a research assistant at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she worked on the Harvard Roundtable on Racial Disparities in the Massachusetts Criminal Courts. Before graduate school, she taught eighth-grade math in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Izzy holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.Originally from Maine, Izzy now lives in Boston with her husband and their dog.
