Jancy Langley

Principal, Boston
Jancy is a principal in Bridgespan’s Boston office. At Bridgespan, she has focused on both impact investing and strategy for organizations in diverse issue areas, including the environment, education, and public health.

Jancy joined Bridgespan from Bain & Company, where she primarily worked on strategic due diligence and post-acquisition strategy for private equity firms investing in tech, CPG, and industrials companies. Between Bain and Bridgespan, she built the market intelligence team Toast—a restaurant tech start up and Generation portfolio company—during its growth from a $300M to a $2.5B company.

Before her time in consulting, Jancy worked in environmental education, policy, and research. She served as an environmental volunteer in the US Peace Corps in Morocco; worked in community forestry, first for NYC Parks Department and later for the Urban Resources Initiative in New Haven; and developed a policy advocacy strategy for Harvest Power, a Waltham-based anaerobic digestion renewable energy company.

Jancy holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a Masters of Environmental Management from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She earned her BA in Urban Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University.
