Jarrett Henry

Jarett Henry is a manager in The Bridgespan Group’s Boston office. Since joining the organization in 2019, he has worked with a variety of nonprofit and philanthropy clients in the fields of economic mobility, research and innovation, human rights, and youth services. His projects have focused on strategic planning, volunteer recruitment and retention, organizational transformation, and operating model. Jarett has also worked with nonprofit leadership teams via Bridgespan’s two-year consulting and capacity building program for nonprofit executive teams, Leading for Impact®.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Jarett worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago. During his time at Bain, he spent six months as a strategy extern on the Emergency Response team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle. Jarett holds a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary, where he served as President of the Students’ Union.
