Julia Finnerty

Julia Finnerty is a manager in Bridgespan’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2022, she has advised a range of nonprofit and philanthropic organizations on strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and operating models. Her clients have included funder collaboratives, large nonprofit networks, and advocacy organizations working across areas like climate, reproductive rights, and human services. Julia also spent a year in Bridgespan’s Singapore office, where she advised a family office on a philanthropic strategy to help decarbonize food systems and land use in Southeast Asia.

Prior to Bridgespan, Julia worked in management consulting at Bain & Company. She holds a BA in economics and political science from Amherst College.
