Keshav Kanoria
Partner, MumbaiKeshav Kanoria is a partner in Bridgespan’s India office. Since he joined Bridgespan in 2021, he has advised several philanthropies, high net-worth individuals, CSR organizations, and nonprofits on their impact strategy, initiative design, and operating and funding models. In addition, Keshav co-leads the firm’s education and early childhood areas of expertise.
Prior to joining Bridgespan, he worked for over a decade as a senior manager at Dalberg and as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group’s social impact practice and Ernst & Young. During that time, Keshav acquired a breadth of experience in social impact, advising governments, foundations, bilateral agencies, and nonprofits on education and skilling, health and nutrition, agriculture, sanitation, inclusive economic growth, and other development topics.
Keshav has authored “Practices that Power CSR Talent and Governance in India” (Bridgespan.org, 2025), and “Powered by the People: Community-Driven Change in Urban Informal Settlements” (Bridgespan.org, 2022), and has written on development subjects for publications such as India Development Review, The Wire, The Hindustan Times, and The Times of India. He has also spoken at several industry events.
Keshav graduated from the Indian School of Business, where he made the dean’s list.
