Kristen McNutt

Kristen McNutt is a director at Bridgespan's San Francisco office. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has worked with nonprofit and philanthropy clients, with particular emphasis on organizational-level and program-level strategic planning, organizational and leadership effectiveness, and implementation planning. Kristen has also helped to advance Bridgespan’s knowledge work focused on philanthropic “Big Bets” for social change. Prior to joining Bridgespan, Kristen worked for Deloitte Consulting, where she focused on business process improvement, talent strategy, and change management design and implementation across numerous industries. She also served as an Education Pioneers Graduate Fellow at KIPP New Orleans, where she co-designed teacher recruitment and retention strategies.
Kristen holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BS in Human and Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
