Lia Bonamassa

Lia Bonamassa is a manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2021, her work has covered a range of topics including: strategic planning and initiative development; learning, measurement, and evaluation in systems change; educational and gender equity.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Lia served as an educator and school leader in the Lawrence Public Schools and strategy consultant and case team leader within EY-Parthenon’s education practice.

Lia holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Boston University, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a bachelor's degree from Stanford University.
