Lindsay Willenson

Lindsay (Howie) Willenson is a principal in Bridgespan's Boston office. A former educator, she brings experience in education and workforce development.
Prior to joining Bridgespan, Lindsay was Vice President of Program Development for Fullbridge, where she was responsible for design, development and scaling of new programs to build workforce skills. While at Fullbridge she worked with global organizations including foundations, governments, and education institutions.
Before Fullbridge, Lindsay was a caseteam leader at Bain & Company where she collaborated with large Global Development and corporate clients on organizational issues. Prior to Bain, Lindsay lived in Uganda and worked with the Health Ministry on access and infrastructure while working at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Lindsay studied Mathematics at MIT and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
