
Linh Tran-Phuong
Manager, Washington DC HubLinh Tran-Phuong is a manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office and DC hub. At Bridgespan, Linh has supported clients on nonprofit strategy, philanthropic diligence, and impact investing. She is passionate about issues related to gender equity, criminal legal reform, and economic mobility.
Prior to Bridgespan, Linh served as a Mayoral Fellow for the City of Chicago, where she supported city-wide initiatives addressing gender-based violence, public safety, and environmental sustainability. Previously, she managed YWCA Silicon Valley’s crisis intervention program, providing vital in-person response and counseling services to survivors of gender-based violence. Additionally, she led state and local efforts in California to improve cross-agency collaboration against sexual assault, including co-writing a bill that was signed into law in 2018, ensuring that victims of crime cannot be evicted or penalized for calling emergency services.
Linh holds an MPP from the University of Michigan and a BA in Psychology from Harvard College.
