Lisa Walsh

Lisa Walsh was a partner and is currently a senior advisor for The Bridgespan Group. Lisa has more than 25 years of for-profit and nonprofit consulting experience in strategy, operations, and organization. A common denominator of her career has been collaborating with leadership teams to meet the challenges of rapidly changing, turbulent environments. Her clients included organizations focusing on community health, youth development, and the environment. 

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Lisa was a partner and senior director with Bain & Company, where she led Bain’s West Coast Healthcare practice. She has broad and deep healthcare experience working with payers, providers (physicians and hospitals, pediatric, and adult), and healthcare technology and services companies. While with Bain many of her healthcare clients were nonprofit, and her pro bono and board experience includes work with the Gladstone Institute (medical research) and the Beacon Initiative after-school youth program. 

Prior to Bain, Lisa worked for Merrill Lynch in healthcare finance and as an economist with the US Department of Energy. She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with honors, and graduated from the University of CA, Davis with a BA in Economics and International Relations with highest honors.
