Martha Ross

Martha Ross is a senior manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office. Since joining the organization in 2021, Martha has used her five-plus years previous consulting experience to support philanthropic and nonprofit organizations in navigating transformational change efforts. Martha’s other interests include gender equality and justice, global development, economic justice, and environmental sustainability.

Prior to Bridgespan, Martha was a Manager at Bain & Company with a focus on transformation and culture change success for corporate clients. She holds a PhD in Development Economics with a focus in post-conflict community-level economic reconstruction and the economics of agricultural rehabilitation. She also earned an Msc with distinction from the University of Nottingham and a BA with honors from Queen’s University.
