Meredith Dworkin

Manager, San Francisco

Meredith Dworkin is a manager in Bridgespan’s San Francisco office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2020, she has worked with a range of nonprofit and philanthropy clients across issue areas, including advocacy, early childhood, child welfare, healthcare, and impact investing. Her projects have focused on strategic planning, growth strategies, implementation, and sourcing and diligence.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Meredith was the Senior Program Manager for Too Small to Fail, an initiative of the Clinton Foundation focused on kindergarten readiness. In her time there, she led community-based partnerships with a diverse set of stakeholders, collaborated on national public awareness campaigns, and managed measurement and evaluation. Meredith received her MBA from the Yale School of Management and her BA from Tufts University.
