Nishi Mehta

Manager, Boston

Nishi Mehta is a manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office. At Bridgespan, she has focused on strategy development for nonprofits and philanthropic clients, in areas including systems change, democracy, journalism, and mental health. Nishi has also coached nonprofit executive teams through Bridgespan’s capacity-building program, Leading for Impact®.

Prior to Bridgespan, Nishi worked at the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care on a new public financing model to stabilize the childcare field during the pandemic. She also held strategy roles at All Our Kin and REDF. Nishi previously was a founding team member at The Primary School, a nonprofit seeded by the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative that braids together education, health, and parent wellness supports starting near birth. She served as the Manager of Integrated Supports and was responsible for designing their team-based approach to care for children.

Nishi holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She earned her BA in Psychology and English from Tufts University and was a Visiting Student at the University of Oxford.
