Rachel Warne

Rachel Warne is a manager in Bridgespan’s Washington DC Hub. Since joining Bridgespan in 2023, she has supported clients on nonprofit strategy, place-based change, and field building. Her focus areas have also included group consulting, nonprofit networks, and economic security and opportunity.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Rachel worked at Covenant House New Orleans, where she held roles in development and communications. Her work included fundraising strategy, donor communications, volunteer programming, and efforts to strengthen the organization’s development operations. Earlier in her career, Rachel served as a case worker in immigration and refugee services through AmeriCorps.

Rachel holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from the University of Notre Dame.
