Soa Andrian

Manager, San Francisco

Soa Andrian is a manager in Bridgespan’s San Francisco office. Since joining Bridgespan as a member of the New York office in 2017, Soa has worked with organizations across issues areas including, public health, global development, economic mobility, and education. Through her work, she has assisted organizations with their growth plans, strategic pivots, and efforts to become more effective organizations. Soa is co-author on two articles about the landscape of philanthropic giving in Africa, “The Landscape of Large-Scale Giving by African Philanthropists in 2020” (Bridgespan.org, 2021) and “Disparities in Funding for African NGOs” (Bridgespan.org, 2021). She has also co-authored “Private Sector & Refugees: Pathways to Scale”(IFC, 2019), a report on private sector responses to refugee crises around the world, published in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

From 2019 to 2021, Soa served as a founding member of Bridgespan’s Johannesburg office. During her time away from Bridgespan, she worked in early to growth-stage, and small cap buyout impact investing. Soa then joined Bridgespan’s San Francisco office in 2023 after graduating from business school.

Soa holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and an AB in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard College. She grew up in Miami and in her spare time enjoys swimming, going to group fitness classes and making the most of the Bay Area’s proximity to the outdoors. Soa is fluent in Malagasy and French.
