Sohini Pal

Sohini Pal is an editorial director based out of Bridgespan’s Delhi hub. She works with teams across the Asia and Africa regions as a thought partner to shape and deliver insights for funders, non-profits, and impact investors.

With over a decade of experience, Sohini has significant expertise in crafting narrative solutions that sit at the intersection of research, advocacy, and behaviour change. In her tenure, she has helped shape communications across vital development issues such as maternal and child health, immunization, gender, livelihoods, and mental health.

Prior to Bridgespan, Sohini worked with the social impact division at Meta; as a senior manager at Global Health Strategies; and as a commissioning editor for several of India’s leading publishing houses.

Outside of work, Sohini is a passionate advocate of mental health. She writes frequently on the issue and has hosted several support groups across the country. Sohini has a master’s degree in English Literature from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and a certificate in Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School.
