Tory Paez

Manager, Boston

Tory Paez is a manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office. Since joining the organization in 2020, she has focused on supporting strategy development for both nonprofits and philanthropists across diverse issue areas, including the environment, economic development, criminal justice reform, and education. Tory has a passion for equity and global work and in 2022, she completed a short-term transfer in Bridgespan’s Mumbai office.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Tory weaved together experiences focused on social impact and innovation in the private and public sectors. She spent 4+ years in technology and digital consulting with Ernst & Young and West Monroe Partners. Additionally, she served in the United States Peace Corps in Costa Rica as a community economic development advisor, as well as worked for organizations such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, Catalyst, Planned Parenthood, and Legal Aid Society.

Tory holds her MBA from Georgetown University where she was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow, a Forté Fellow, as well as a Peace Corps Coverdell Fellow. She received her BS in Business Management and Organizational Behavior from Miami University (Ohio), where she was in the Business Honors Program.
